Coca-Cola Ribs or Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cupbrown sugar
  • 1 CanCoca-Cola®
  • 2medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Clovegarlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoonsoy sauce (a Japanese sauce) salt and pepper to taste
  • 2.5 Poundchicken wings or ribs

Directions

  1. In a large casserole, combine the brown sugar, Coca-Cola®, onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

  2. Stir until mixed.

  3. Place chicken wings or ribs in sauce mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

  5. To thicken sauce, mix in a cornstarch mixture.
